Voters are assigned a polling station based on where they live.
If you are a Romanian citizen living abroad, you can vote from another EU or non-EU country at the polling stations organised by the Romanian state.

Citizens from other EU countries residing in Romania have to register on a special electoral list with the local municipality first no later than 60 days before the election day. They can vote at their local polling station. Voting at another polling station is only permitted if the county electoral bureau confirms that the chair of the polling station called them to include you in the special electoral lists.

A full list of candidates is published on the website of the Central Electoral Bureau (established about 3 months before the European elections date).

Voters with a disability can get assistance in voting, choose an accessible polling station (other than the assigned one), or opt for voting via the mobile ballot box.
